If you are considering using the sheer power of Kettlebell Training to get into the best shape of your life, you may be wondering how you are going to fit the training into your busy schedule. Are there differences between setting up a routine for Kettlebell Training and setting up one for traditional weight training? If so, what is the approach that can give you maximum results without having to risk injury or spend a lot of extra time training?

Actually, Kettlebell Training routines can be easily fit into your schedule, and they can help you get great results if you follow these important guidelines:

Alternate Muscle Groups

Anyone who has done a lot of strength training or muscle building will tell you that the times of rest are just as important as the active times so that the body can have room to rebuild itself stronger than before. This is actually good news when it comes to your schedule, because it means that you don’t have to kill yourself in order to get great results.

While there are many different routines which can work for targeting muscle groups, there is usually one which is going to be best suited for your body type and goals. For instance, for fat burning purposes you may want to have five training sessions per week which are designed strictly for cardiovascular and fat burning routines.

On the other hand, if your goal is to build muscle you will want to train cardio no more than three times a week. This will ensure that your muscles have the chance to recover and to build up stronger during your times of rest.

Split Routine Options

Working out seven days a week is not a good idea for anyone. The body will need at least one day to rest completely. For heavy strength training, two days may even be sufficient. In order to work each of the muscle groups thoroughly, it is best to target them by day and train each one for strength and muscle growth one to three times a week.

For example: You can train the chest and shoulders on Monday and really give them a good workout.

Next, you spend Tuesday working the legs and the calves while the upper body is resting. On Wednesday, you take the day off or perhaps do some light cardio.

On Thursday, you work the back, the biceps and the forearms and Friday you can hit the chest or the legs again. Most of the time, this kind of approach is going to be the best for building strength and targeting specific muscle groups. For instance, Friday can be the day when you are working on a targeted group such as the chest.

More Involved Split Routines

If you are really feeling industrious then you can fit more workouts in one week. For instance, you can work the Chest and shoulders on Monday and Thursday. Then you work the legs and abs on Tuesday and Friday. Finally, you set aside Wednesday and Saturday for the biceps and the back.

While this is more intense, it can bring fast results if you get an adequate amount of sleep and eat the right foods. It is also a good idea to adjust the weights which you are using from week to week, starting with the lower weights and building up. About every six or seven weeks, you can take a week or two off to really let your muscles grow.

While it may take some time and practice to get the right schedule for your Kettlebell Training, with some patience you can find one which is best suit for your body. Then you can really start seeing some great results.

Are you interested in finding an all inclusive training program that will give you the explosive strength and coiled speed you need to fold your opponents up like a pretzel? As a wrestler, you understand that you are in the single most intensive and grueling contact sport on the planet and also the one which is most injury prone. Considering that, surely you may be wondering if Kettlebell Training will arm you with the speed, flexibility and power that you can actually apply when you are on the mat and grappling with your opponent.

The following information will help you to determine how Kettlebell Training might be just what you have been looking for.

Real World Application is Makes All the Difference

You know how it is, you are down to the last thirty seconds of the match and one more takedown away from winning. However, your body is worn out and you are saving your last burst of energy for the very end. Are you going to be able to explode into that super double leg or fireman’s carry to send your opponent sprawling to the mat for a strong finish?

Well, one thing is for sure: All of those hours in the gym and out running, swimming or jumping rope mean nothing unless you can use that strength, speed, and stamina when it REALLY counts. Anyone who has done any kind of wrestling: freestyle, Greco Roman or Scholastic style, knows that the muscles you build in the gym can be just about worthless on the mat.

That is, unless you develop a training program which is specifically designed for your application as a wrestler. Sure you could spar with the guy one weight class up all summer and work on developing the strength that you need that way. However, if you are looking for a more convenient method to develop ‘on the mat’ muscles on a consistent basis; you are going to need a more focused and practical option.

The Best of Both Worlds

For years, Kettlebell Training experts have training members of the elite forces of the military, professional fighters like yourself, law enforcement officers, firefighters and other athletes to develop the stamina, agility and raw power that they can specifically apply for their situation.

With Kettlebell Training, these people have found that you can get the best of both worlds when it comes to training for stamina and flexibility as well as speed and power. This is because Kettlebells are lifted and controlled in the same manner that free weights are but they also allow for a much freer range of motion which promotes flexibility and a more well rounded resistance training for strength.

As you know, these are things that make a world of difference when you are on the mat. Whether you need the flexibility and strength to fight your way out of a cradle lock or to seal your opponent up into a bone crushing guillotine, it’s all a matter of applying the right kind of resistance training.

Finding the Best Fit

As you are considering getting started in harnessing the power of Kettlebell Training, it is important to consider your goals as you are looking for a workout to get you the best results. Are you looking to build solid coiled muscles while shrinking down a weight class or are you in a heavier class looking for the raw speed and flexibility that will give you and unfair upper hand?

Determining this will help you to select the best Kettlebell Training program to best fit your desired outcome. For starters, your first Kettlebell set may include a 35lb, 53lb and 70lb kettlebells. This will help you to cover most of your options for strength training and cardio and will be plenty enough to address each muscle group.

The next step is getting a hold of the most specifically tailored program that can deliver you the results you want and help you to avoid time wasting injuries. Fortunately, Kettlebell Training experts have spent years developing programs which can give you just what you are looking for.

Are you looking to Kettlebell Training as the possible option which will put your game over the edge and bring out your natural talents and abilities on the field?

Are you looking to Kettlebell Training as a way to push your game to it’s limits and bring out your natural talents and abilities on the field?

Think about it: it’s the situation you have always pictured yourself in: ninth inning, your team is down by one run with two outs already. It’s your turn at bat and all eyes are on you. Are you going to have the controlled power and precision to blast one out of the park? Or are you a pitcher who desperetly needs the speed and accuracy to get a batter out before he even has a chance to swing?

These are the moments when all your practice and training will be put to the test. By training with Kettlebells, you can be sure that you’ll be able to use your natural abilities to get exceptional results, both in day to day life and on the field.

Why Kettlebell Training?

You have most likely seen your fair share of workout programs designed for baseball players. All too often these programs lead to disappointing results, lost games, and a feeling of time and money wasted. You can train with conventional weights and machines non-stop for months and still fail to develop the power you need to apply when it REALLY counts.

Kettlebell Training is an approach to training that has the versatility to help any athlete. The focus of a Kettlebell workout is to build the true strength, speed and flexibility that will help any player perform at their best. In fact, professional fighters, power lifters, basketball players, rugby players, soccer players, members of the military and even firefighters have all used Kettlebell Training to build the specific stamina, flexibility, speed and power that can be applied to whatever motion they need to develop.

The structure of the Kettlebell and the types of motions it allows make it possible to get the most out of every exercise you do. Kettlebell Training incorporates motions that are natural for your body such as swinging, lunging, striking, bending, lifting, and pushing. Training your body with these motions used in conjunction with Kettlebells gets your physique into an unbelievable shape. Combined with the added benefit of increased flexibility and agility, your body will be able to accomplish things you never thought possible!

Practical Use is the Name of the Game

Not only is Kettlebell Training more versatile and effective than conventional strength training, it gives the options of incorporating stamina training and flexibility training right into your strength routines. When you are on the field, you will feel the difference between what traditional training can do and what Kettlebell Training can do.

You will especially notice this around the eighth and ninth innings when muscles typically begin to ache and to burn. Don’t be surprised when other players start losing steam long before you! If Kettlebell Training is properly applied and executed, you can develop stamina that will carry you further than any of your peers (along with strength that will hold up until the last out is called!).

Some Important Things to Consider

When training with Kettlebells, the most important thing to remember is that the proper execution of the exercises is crucial to getting the best results. Failure to do the Kettlebell Training exercises properly could not only cause you strain, but if you are not doing the exercises correctly, you will NOT be getting the full benefits of the exercise.

To get started, the first thing to do is to select the right Kettlebell Training set. Your initial set should include 35lb, 53lb and 70lb kettlebells. This will give you a wide variety of options for starting a Kettlebell Training program to meet your specific goals. Once you establish and learn the best program for your needs, the benefits you experience field will make up for it many times over.

You may have heard all of the talk about how effective, convenient and fast Kettlebell Training can be in getting you bottom line results, superhuman strength and chiseled body.

But now’s the time to really expose the big difference between Kettlebell Training and traditional bodybuilding approaches….

Here are some eye-opening differences between Kettlebell Training and traditional bodybuilding methods.

All About Building the Body

When it comes to a great bodybuilding routine, there is really only one thing that makes any difference: bulking up muscle for a chiseled physique …. (Up until recently, bodybuilders were generally not aware that they could get even better results with the use of kettlebells … a sneaky Russian secret that’s now out of the bag!)

Consider this: most professional bodybuilders spend just as much time on the machines as they do working with the free weights.

The idea in doing this is to hit as many angles and muscle groups as possible, and machines provide versatility in regards to range of motion that is hard to get with free weights. Anyone knows that the more angles you are able to work in regards to targeting a muscle group the more refined of a look you can get.

However, many machines also have a controlled direction in which the weight moves and the muscles are less involved in holding the weight steady.

Whereas bodybuilding is all about “isolating muscles” – kettlebell training is all about moving all your joints and muscles in a natural, full-range of motion.

Muscle isolation = limiting and impractical for real world application

Kettlebell training = strengthens muscles and joints for real work applications & superhuman strength

In order to create power in your kettlebell training – you’re using your large muscles, your stabilizing muscles AND the muscles used for creating movement (which is contrary to the restricted nature of weight training which puts emphasis on the large muscles).

… and this is also why kettlebell training is the preferred means of training among the competitors of the well known ’strong man’ competitions ….

… and because it takes more effort to hit all angles of the muscle – that’s why bodybuilders have to workout that much longer in the gym!

Flexibility Factors

Bodybuilders are traditionally stiff.

Let a bodybuilder walk in the room, slap a coat of metallic paint on him and you’ve got yourself a robot!

The freedom and range of motion involved in using Kettlebell Training allows for more flexibility and keeps the body from developing that blocky ‘muscle-bound’ look that some bodybuilders get.

… and, in addition, flexibly also greatly reduces the risk of injury which is involved in regular strength training.

Sheer Convenience

Even the most disciplined bodybuilders are going to have a hard time getting into the gym sometimes … and, those bodybuilders with home gyms are often restricted by what can be accomplished giving the limited machine / free weight resources.

As a result, there are times when the bodybuilder has to sacrifice the integrity and thoroughness of a workout for the sake of convenience.

One of the most powerful advantages to Kettlebell Training is that the equipment is minimal, easy to store and significantly more effective in nailing all of the muscle groups as the use of complicated nautilus machines.

Kettlebell Training also offers a wide variety or cardiovascular approaches which can be used to target maximum muscle growth and to slim down the body at the same time.

It all begins with finding the specific Kettlebell Training routine that is best fitted for your goals and selecting a good set of Kettlebells to get you started.

Who is More Russian Kettlebell Challenges For?

This program is designed specifically for people who demand intense physical training – such as fighters, marital artists, fire fighters, extreme athletes and anyone who has the courage to push their body to the limits.

This is a “no-bull” workout for extreme power and strength.

Which means this stuff will give you the strength, the speed and the agility that you need to get the job done!

Considering the style and approach of this material, it is practically perfect for wrestler, no holds barred fighters, and martial artists…even football players or rugby players.

Also, if you are a firefighter, a soldier or are in some kind of law enforcement position this is a great way to build the strength, the stamina and the speed that could very well save your life in the field.

For the average person who wants to build a lean and rock hard physique this DVD is the workout to end all workouts.

Click here to Visit “More Russian Kettlebell Challenges”

The site states that kettlebells are:

“stealing the fat off your bones, jump starting muscle growth and turning even average fighters into coiled powerhouses of lethal strength so fast you’d swear it happened while you slept.”

While I must say that this type of workout does anything but put you to sleep, the approach certainly is conducive to fast results

What About the Kettlebell Trainer?

In case you are not already acquainted with Pavel Tsatsouline, he is an instructor for the elite units of the US military. He got his start in working as a Special Forces instructor for the Soviet Union.

In other words, this is not your run of the mill personal trainer who spent six weeks getting his certification. This is a guy who teaches people how to train the most efficient and injury proof way and to insure their survival on the battle field. He’s pretty much as qualified as they come.

The Investment for More Russian Kettlebell Challenges For…

The investment is a little more than the beginning kettlebell training DVDs. But we are still only talking about $47 – a very reasonable price (especially when you consider the results!)

If you’re looking for serious results, this is a no brainer!

The “KB Fire” training program is designed to develop true survival strength for firefighter (and other ‘occupational athletes’).

This DVD starts out with a promise that carries an iron clad money back guarantee stating that you will learn “How to safely survive and WIN EVERY fight that you EVER fight.”

This is a pretty serious commitment and to back it up by a ‘no excuses’ money back guarantee is something that is sure to get anyone’s attention – - but does it hold up to it’s guarantee?

We’ll see ….

Click Here to Get Started with KB Fire

What this Program Offers You:

Nearly two hours of power-packed workout instructions in DVD format by RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) Team Leader, Tom Corrigan supposedly turning firefighters into

“Nearly invincible specimens of enduring power and shock-proof heart…”

Anyone who knows anything about the life of a firefighter knows how tough and demanding the job can be. At ANY time, you could be called out to a situation where you are risking your life to save other people’s lives — and, firefighters need to be at the epitome of strength, stamina and agility that is no nonsense.

You’d better be able to use what you develop in ‘real life’ or it means nothing.

That’s what “KB Fire” is all about.

Here are some examples of the real world challenges that the training addresses:

Wrenching open stuck doors

Hoiking heavy hoses

Clambering up high ladders

Grabbing at falling objects

Shouldering every imaginable size and shape of human victim

Axing away at walls and ceilings

Yanking at debris

Dragging bags

Pushing, shoving and straining against suddenly immovable objects

Sprinting up and down stairs

Reaching up, down, below, through and into every imaginable hole and crevice

Bending and twisting aside heavy metal

Breaking down or smashing through doors

Jumping for your very life

Click Here to Get Started with KB Fire

These kinds of situations are responsible for the on the job injuries that firefighters face every year… ..About 35,000 a year on average that is.

The “KB Fire” trainer Tom Corrigan states that the versatility of Kettlebells is unsurpassed when it comes to the different manners of training which you can cover using them. This means in lifting, swinging, hurling, trusting or gripping, stretching….you name it.

“KB Fire” has an exhaustive list of exercises which Tom walks you through step by step in order to ensure maximum safety and benefits from performing them the correct way. The exercises pretty much run the gamut of possibilities when it comes to application of real world situations and the strength, stamina and speed needed to deal with them.

Who is Your Trainer:

Tom Corrigan has been a member of the Everett Fire Department since 1994 and has been an avid kettlebell trainer since 2002. He is also the owner of “Blue Collar Fitness”, a company which specializes in “training you for the job and not the gym.”

This last statement is key when it comes to workout routines for anyone who needs the muscle tone, the strength, the endurance and the speed that they build to be useful in real life situations. Here is a guy who knows from personal experience (and continued personal experience I might add) what it takes to be a first class fire fighter.

What Could Be Better About This Program:

The trainer’s experience and the list of exercises in this program is impressive … Tom really doesn’t leave anything to chance … but, that being said, the review of this program is mediocre at best.

For starters, the review of this program may have been higher if the program was specifically designed for firefighters who were just starting off with kettlebell training — not for anyone with kettlebell experience.

Though the overall content and mission of the program is admirable, when put to the test, firefighters were:

disappointed at the quality of the video & sound and

felt that the exercises were too basic.

In fact, a common argument was that the firefighters’ felt that the kettlebell exercises were not as ‘profession specific’ as they had hoped them to be.

That being said, we gave this review just shy of 3 stars.

The Price of the Program:

Given the basic nature of the program, we feel that the asking price of $49.95 is a bit steep.

The objective of this program is to help you to become a great firefighter; however, the material is just too basic.

The real question here is whether or not this is the workout for you. If you are a firefighter, policeman or some other type of ‘occupational athlete’ who’s just getting started in kettlebells, you may want to consider this program – though, personally, I would suggest giving serious consideration to Pavel’s Enter the Kettlebell.

If you’ve got a bit more experience, perhaps consider The Russian Kettlebell Challenge or More Russian Kettlebell Challenges – phenomenal products!

“Enter the Kettlebell” has one of the most outrageous promises:

“The Shortcut to Extreme Strength and Elite Conditioning Guaranteed.”

But, can it hold up to the test?

Personally, I own this DVD and love it — and it’s PERFECT for those that are just starting using kettlebells.

Here is What You Can Expect

This is a 46 minute DVD where Pavel lays out a completely idiot proof system for mastering the art of kettlebell training.

“Enter the Kettlebell” is the product of an intensive five years of research and development based on the knowledge and expertise of a true master.

Here are some of the objectives of “Enter the Kettlebell”:

Build all purpose strength development-you’ll learn to build the strength and the ability to meet the demands of any situation.

Maximize Stamina-if you are an athlete or a fighter, your skills are only as good as they are durable. Pavel gives you the edge to blow away all your competitors.

Forging a Rock Solid Physique-this is not the type of strength training that only does you good when you are in the gym. Pavel knows EXACTLY what it takes to build the strength that you can use when it REALLY counts!

Click Here to Get Started with “Enter the Kettlebell”

Your New Coach Pavel Tstatsouline

This guy has dedicated most of his career to working with the elite forces of the military, both the Soviet Union and the United States. These are the workout routines and exercises he uses to turn these guys into lean mean fighting machines. I’m not sure how much more qualification you could ask for!

Not to mention that there are a TON of other workout DVDs which you can get for the same price (or more) that were created by people with nowhere near the qualifications that this guy has.

He really covers all the bases when it comes to doing the exercises the RIGHT way – for safety (very important) and for maximum results.

Pavel moves you step by step through a process which can take you from a complete beginner in kettlebell training to a ‘Man Among Men.’

There are three stages to this process and the third is precisely what he has used to help people obtain Special Forces level conditioning for strength speed and stamina. Pretty cool.

This is the most thorough workout approach you could hope for. At the same time, once you get the exercises down, you can compress your training into one routine which covers the entire body. Not a bad deal for less than 30 dollars.

Click Here to Get Started with “Enter the Kettlebell”

Who is “Enter the Kettlebell” For?

For starters, if you’ve never picked up a kettlebell before or if you’d like to expand your range of kettlebell exercises, this is definitely the DVD to own.

As far as kettlebell training, that depends on how seriously you take your physical conditioning. If you are a professional fighter or athlete (especially if you play a contact sport) then using this routine could very well make you the envy of your competition.

This is for firefighters or law enforcement, and of course military, you are working with someone who the military elite pretty much trust with their survival. Think about it, if they can’t out match their opponent it could cost them their life.

For body builders or strength trainers, this can help you to iron out the weak spots in your lifts or in your physique and possibly save you a lot of extra training time that you may have spent working with conventional weights.

Or, if you just want to have a great physique and be in the top physical shape of your life, this is the workout you have been waiting for.

How Much Does it Cost?

To begin with, the workout DVD is well worth the price you are going to pay for it – it’s only $29.95 (and he could easily charge double!)

Pavel Tstatsouline promises a one hundred percent money back guarantee and, because he has a reputation which speaks for itself, you could pretty much skip the research part and just buy this product.

With Pavel at your side, you can’t go wrong. Great Product.

Contrary to popular opinion, kettlebell training is not just for men. In fact, with kettlebell training is making it’s way as a hidden secret among some of the most famous supermodels today!

So ladies, if you’re craving that sexy, youthful body that turns heads on the beach – consider “The Kettlebell Goddess Workout.”

This is pretty much the workout to end all workouts when it comes to sculpting that Goddess-like body that you are after.

Unlike most workout programs sold on TV or taught in the gym, “The Kettlebell Goddess Workout” is nearly two and a half hours of workout material which addresses EVERY part of the body without leaving one muscle group out.

Click Here to Get Started With “The Kettlebell Goddess Workout”

Get the DVD and a couple of kettlebells and you can toss your gym membership bill in the trash bin. No more storing complicated exercise apparatuses in your house either. You can fit these Kettlebells in your closet right next to that new outfit you are going to buy when you are done!

Some of the Benefits of Using “The Kettlebell Goddess Workout”

“The Kettlebell Goddess Workout” is a thorough combination of excercises which are designed to burn fat and to build lean muscle faster than anything you may have ever tried before!

It has an extensive cardio workout section for getting the heart and the lungs in super shape.

So why bother with the muscle? Muscle is active tissue which increases your metabolism and burns fat while you are sleeping. Yes, you heard me right. You won’t have to sleep walk on your treadmill anymore!

You see, most men and women gain weight as they get older. Not only that, the weight gets harder to lose. Ever wondered why? Well, it’s actually because the body is LOSING lean muscle as it ages. As the body loses muscle, the metabolism and energy levels go down. Fat burns slower and you either start doing some serious dieting or you start gaining fat. No way around it. Unless…

Unless you develop a way to build the muscle that your body needs to maintain its energy level and metabolism. That is precisely what the muscle toning exercises in “The Kettlebell Goddess Workout” are designed to do.

Imagine that: muscle is kind of the ‘fountain of youth’ when it comes to maintaining a great figure.

How does what sound?

“The Kettlebell Goddess Workout” website says:

“The ancient Greek Goddesses were famous for their vigorous and vibrant strength, their power, their grace and their physical elegance.”

Ok, so maybe you don’t care to be a Greek Goddess. But who doesn’t want to be known for her vigorous and vibrant strength, her grace and her elegance. Just image what that will do for your self-confidence!

About the Kettlebell Instructor

“The Kettlebell Goddess Workout” is guided by Andrea DuCane.

She delivers super high energy cardio and strength workouts for toning the body, getting the heart and lungs in shape, and building lean muscle and melting away fat.

What qualifies her to do this? Well, she is one of the senior Russian Kettlebell Challenge expert trainers and if you’ve ever seen her, surely you’ll realize that she knows something about getting and staying in great shape.

The Russian Kettlebell Challenge team is headed up by Pavel Tsatsouline who works with the elite military of the United States and would not be complete without a world class female instructor like Andrea DuCane who specializes in creating a set of kettlebell exercises especially for women.

Who Is “The Kettlebell Goddess Workout” For and What About the Price?

If you want to look and feel great then this is the most comprehensive workout you can get for the money – it’s surprisingly inexpensive at only $29.95.

This DVD is also two and a half hours, which is over twice as much material as the other RKC DVDs and the price is one of the lowest. Considering that comparison, this is one of the best deals the RKC team has to offer.

This is for any woman who wants to build a great physique and enjoy greater energy, health and self-confidence.

If you’re an extreme female athlete, this may not be for you. “The Kettlebell Goddess” is designed for creating a jaw-dropping, sexy bikini body – but if you’re looking for extreme endurance to get a leg up on your competition, you may also want to check out “From Russia With Tough Love” which may just be more targeted for your needs as an athlete.

All in all, with a 100% Money Back Guarantee for a full-year – it’s really something worth trying!

The overall experience of using the Russian Kettlebell Challenge ought to be well worth the money.

I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to build a rock hard physique and with the strength of a gorilla.

What Can This Product Do For Me?

“The Russian Kettlebell Challenge” starts out by covering the proper way to execute the kettlebell exercises for maximum results and proper safety. Then it quickly jumps into instructions regarding strength building exercises, muscle toning, and even includes a very good cardio workout.

So what Pavel actually does is creates a well rounded approach which covers a few different types of training…

For Power lifters

Ever hit that spot in your dead lift or your bench press where you just get stuck?

Kettlebells is the ultimate solution to break that plateau.

Working with kettlebells is the most efficient way to zero in one those difficult ranges of motion which weaken your heavier lifts.

Believe me, even the most experienced power-lifters are likely to FEEL those neglected spots the day after!

What you’ll find is that those ‘wrinkles’ within your power lifts will get ironed out as a result of working with kettlebells.

The difference for some people could mean as much as 20-40lbs (or more) added to your bench press or dead lift.

For Athletes, Professional Fighters and Law Enforcement

For those of you who are athletes or fighters or who are in law enforcement, you have to make sure that the results are going to be useful to you in a real life setting. You want something that incorporates agility and strength training into one neat little package.

Click Here to Get Started With “The Russian Kettlebell Challenge”

The freedom of motion involved in kettlebell training really gives the body a chance to develop more naturally. Unlike the use of traditional weights, you build strength that has the versatility to give you an edge in real life situations.

Also, the cardio workout has a great combination of strength and stamina training that can maximize your workout time.

Not to mention that the trainer has an entire career full of experience in training the military and US elite forces. If you are a martial artist, a wrestler or are in any kind of contact sport like football or rugby, Pavel is the guy to listen to.

For Ladies

Ok for the ladies who might be reading this and thinking that you don’t really care about bench pressing Buicks or lifting your man up over your head (unless that’s your thing). The Russian Kettlebell Challenge is a great way to also build lean muscle tone for a sexy bikini body.

The Russian Kettlebell Challenge does is provide you with a versatile knowledge of strength training that can be applied for light muscle gain. This will turn your body into a fat burning machine!

Not a bad deal right? Not to mention that lean muscle tone looks really sexy on a woman. Just make sure that you purchase the smaller sets of kettlebells for more repetitions (or you may end up with arms like Hulk Hogan (not sexy)).

… and, ladies, just so you know, kettlebells are quickly becoming the top secret of elite supermodels around the globe!

So Who is Pavel Tsatsouline?

Pavel is actually a former Soviet Special Forces instructor and has moved on to working with the elite units of the United States Military and law enforcement. This ought to assure you of his extraordinary abilities.

These people who he is working with trust him to deliver a training program with rapid and powerful results. You see, for you and I, kettlebell training might be just about looking nice in our bathing suit. However, for many of Pavel’s students, they’re training to be in better condition than their enemies or they risk being taken out by them.

Needless to say, if you take his advice and do these exercises the right way, the benefits are second to none and you will be in a class of fitness above everyone else.

Click Here to Get Started With “The Russian Kettlebell Challenge”

What Could Have Been Better

Being an overachiever, I personally feel that something which had a step by step routine to follow would be more ideal (personal preference).

That being said, the Russian Kettlebell Challenge is probably more than enough for the average person (and will definitely give even an experienced athlete a run for their money!)

Pavel also has ‘Enter the Kettlbell’ and ‘The Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout’ which would make for perfect additions to the ‘set.’

My favorite thing about this program is that it provides you will a full body workout for toning, building strength and for getting the heart and lungs in shape.

Overall, you can’t go wrong with the Russian Kettlebell Challenge. It truly is a great product!

How Much is the Kettlebell DVD?

The price is $39.99 which in my opinion is a no brainer given the high level of instruction and training.

Not to mention the 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied.

My advice. Give it a shot. You won’t be disappointed.
